Caribbean Clean-Energy Programme Unlocks US$68.7 Million

On 3 November, the Caribbean Development Bank and Green Climate Fund signed an agreement for a US$68.7 million programme supporting renewable energy and energy efficiency in Barbados, Belize and Jamaica. The package includes GCF financing, CDB loans and approximately US$25 million in utility-company investment. HPC can support renewable-energy feasibility studies, technical procurement and infrastructure project coordination.
